Junior Architect / Interior Designer

A leading Interiors & Structures Company based in Trivandrum is looking for a Junior Architect to assists the project team in all phases of architectural design and construction. This role involves drafting plans, creating detailed specifications, and supporting project coordination. Duties and Responsibilities: Design and Drafting: CAD Software: Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create drawings, models, and renderings. Sketching and Concept Development: Contribute to the early stages of design by creating sketches and initial concepts. 3D Modeling: Develop 3D models to visualize and communicate design ideas. 2D Drawings Project Support: Documentation: Prepare project documentation, including reports, presentations. Site Visits: Participate in site visits to assess project progress and gather information. Client Communication: Support communication with clients, answering questions, and providing updates. Coordination: Assist in coordinating details for projects, ensuring alignment between different disciplines. Teamwork and Collaboration: Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members, and external consultants. Communication: Communicate effectively with contractors, clients, and other stakeholders. Feedback: Provide constructive feedback on design concepts and project progress. Tools and Technologies: CAD Software: Proficient in industry-standard CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.). 3D Modeling Software: Experience with 3D modeling software (SketchUp, 3ds Max, etc.). Presentation Software: Ability to create and deliver presentations using software like PowerPoint or Keynote. Qualifications: Education: Requires bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or a related field. Experience: 1-2 yrs Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential. Software Proficiency: Proficiency in CAD software, 3D modeling, and presentation software.
