Civil Site Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site operations and maintain accurate records in the Measurement Book (M-Book). The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in civil construction, strong documentation skills, and the ability to coordinate with vendors and the project team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and timeline.
• Maintain and update the Measurement Book (M-Book) with precise quantity entries of work done, jointly with contractors.
• Verify and record measurements of completed works for billing and certification.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Report site progress, material requirements, and labor deployment regularly.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols on site.
• Assist in preparing work schedules and monitor daily and weekly targets.
• Maintain site documents such as daily logs, checklists, inspection reports, and attendance records.
• Support in verification of bills and reconcile with M-Book entries.
• Communicate any delays, issues, or deviations to the Project team promptly.

Requirements:

• Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in civil works.
• Strong knowledge of M-Book maintenance and quantity measurement practices.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
• Proficient in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Working Conditions:

• Location: Trivandrum (Mostly Kovalam Site)
• 6-day work week (may require extended hours based on site needs)
• Site-based role with occasional travel to other project locations, if needed

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
