Junior Architect

What You'll Do:

As a Junior Architect, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our senior architects and project teams across various stages of design and execution. Your responsibilities will include:

·       Design Development: Assist in developing design concepts, schematic layouts, shop drawings, and detailed architectural drawings.

·       Visual Communication: Prepare compelling presentations, mood boards, and 3D visualizations using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and other relevant architectural software.

·       Technical Documentation: Support the creation of working drawings, coordination sets, and maintain comprehensive drawing documentation with proper revisions and filing.

·       Project Coordination: Collaborate closely with consultants, vendors, and internal teams to gather design inputs and ensure technical details are integrated seamlessly.

·       Site Engagement: Participate in site visits, meticulously document site conditions, and assist with on-site execution coordination to ensure design intent is upheld throughout the project lifecycle.

·       Research & Innovation: Stay updated with the latest design trends, material innovations, and local building regulations to contribute fresh perspectives to our projects.

What We're Looking For:

·       Experience: 2-3 years of professional experience in an architectural role.

·       Software Proficiency: Demonstrated proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and other relevant architectural software.

·       Strong Fundamentals: A solid understanding of design principles, drafting techniques, and construction processes.

·       Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design ideas clearly.

·       Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to identifying and solving design and technical challenges.

·       Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment and contribute positively to project outcomes.

·       Attention to Detail: Meticulous in documenting and reviewing drawings and project information.
