Junior Accountant

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our Accounts / Finance team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions. This entry-level role is perfect for recent graduates or individuals with basic accounting experience looking to grow in a professional environment. Key Responsibilities:Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets. Record financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable. Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate financial data. Support month-end and year-end closing processes. Assist with tax preparation and compliance with financial regulations. Process invoices, payments, and expense reports. Maintain and update financial records in accounting software. Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting principles. Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned. Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. Proficiency in accounting software ( Tally Prime ) and MS Excel. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Good communication and organizational abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Eagerness to learn and grow in the accounting field. Preferred Qualifications:Internship or 2 year of experience in accounting or finance.
