Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Java Full Stack Trainer. The Java Full Stack Trainer will be responsible for planning and conducting training sessions for participants, preparing learning materials, designing and updating educational curriculums, and assessing the progress of trainees. The trainer will lead workshops, provide hands-on coding exercises, conduct evaluations, and support trainees in troubleshooting and project development. Additionally, the trainer will stay updated with the latest Java technologies and best practices to impart high-quality training.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies
• Experience in front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular, React) and back-end frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate)
• Strong understanding of database management (e.g., SQL, NoSQL databases) and version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics
• Prior experience in teaching, training, or mentoring in a professional setting
• Ability to create and manage an engaging learning environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Relevant certifications in Java and full-stack development are a plus
