Hiring For: Selenium Tech Lead Cum Trainer Location: Bhubaneshwar Experience: 10+ Years Key Responsibilities: · Deliver engaging and comprehensive Selenium training to participants. · Design and develop training strategies, initiatives, and programs material. · Maintain a database of all training materials. · Prepare detailed course materials, including presentations, coding exercises, and practical assignments. · Conduct live coding sessions and hands-on labs, encouraging active participation from students. · Assess student progress through quizzes, exams, assignments, and projects. · Offer one-on-one mentorship to students, helping them with problem-solving and career guidance. · Needs to train in-house professionals on Selenium. · Stay updated with the latest Selenium features, tools, and best practices. · Continuously improve training content based on student feedback and emerging industry trends. · Review student’s performance and learning. · Should be able to handle End to End Training - Course Content Preparation, Material Preparation, Interview Questions, Mock Interviews, Live Projects Explanation, etc. · Candidates with excellent communication skills and a passion for teaching and technology. Required Skills & Qualifications: · Min 10+ years as a developer, Tech lead and experience as a Selenium trainer · Expertise in testing tools Selenium with Java. · Provide technical guidance and train team members on automation best practices. · Experience with web application testing & Continuous Integration processes. · Familiarity with version control, defect tracking, and test management tools (GIT, Jenkins, JIRA). · Managing the testing process, Prioritise test scenarios, create execution plans · Proficiency on BDD framework to train team members to automate tests · Expertise on Gradle, Maven, eclipse and building tool.Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly and concisely. · Ability to engage students with real-world examples, code challenges, and interactive exercises.
