Java Backend Developer

We are seeking a skilled Java Backend Developer to build and maintain scalable server-side applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with JDBC, JMS, Apache Kafka, and HTTP-based APIs, and will contribute to designing robust backend systems that power high-performance enterprise solutions.Experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Microservices architectureFamiliarity with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)Proficient in using Git, JIRA, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitLabKnowledge of containerization (Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and related frameworksIntegrate with databases using JDBC and ORM tools like HibernateImplement asynchronous messaging using JMS and KafkaDesign and consume RESTful HTTP interfaces for internal and external integrationsOptimize application performance and ensure scalabilityCollaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend, DevOps, and QAParticipate in code reviews, unit testing, and CI/CD pipelinesDocument technical specifications and maintain clean, reusable code
