Job Title: IT Trainer Location: Habsiguda Centre, Hyderabad Reporting To: Centre Manager / Program Manager Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic IT Trainer to deliver comprehensive training in MS Office, Typing, Internet Basics, and Job Portal usage to youth and adult learners at our Habsiguda Centre. The trainer will be responsible for both theoretical and practical instruction, ensuring learners gain hands-on experience with our structured IT module, which includes project work. The ultimate goal is to equip students with employable digital skills and support them in securing meaningful job opportunities. --- Key Responsibilities: Deliver structured classroom sessions on: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Typing skills (English) Internet and email usage Job portals and digital job search techniques Facilitate lab-based practical sessions ensuring students complete IT projects assigned in the curriculum. Monitor and assess students’ learning and progress regularly. Maintain discipline and engagement during training hours. Ensure personalized support to students struggling with concepts or tools. Maintain training records, attendance, assessments, and feedback reports. Support the placement team by ensuring learners are job-ready with strong digital and communication skills. Encourage students to complete typing practice using typing software/tools. Ensure lab systems are functional and escalate technical issues promptly. Collaborate with other trainers and the Centre team for smooth training delivery and event participation. Participate in periodic review meetings and trainer development workshops.
