Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Networking

  : Proactively source consultants with skills in

  Java, Python, Cloud, DevOps

  LinkedIn, Indeed

• Bench Management:

  Build and maintain a strong pool of qualified IT consultants for Canada-based bench assignments and match them with client requirements.

• Candidate Screening

  : Qualify consultants through initial interviews, reference checks, and technical assessments to ensure fit for upcoming projects.

• Consultant Engagement

  : Maintain relationships with bench consultants, ensuring they stay engaged, informed, and ready for deployment.

• Market Insights

  : Stay updated on trends and demand for specific IT skills in Canada to ensure your pipeline is aligned with client needs.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment or sourcing, especially in the consulting or staffing industry.
• Strong knowledge of IT technologies like software development, cloud computing, and data science.
• Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and other recruitment platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage consultants and clients effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global recruitment environment and meet sourcing targets.
