• Manage the procurement of IT hardware and networking solutions, ensuring timely and cost-effective purchases.
• Conduct vendor audits to assess performance, compliance, and quality of service.

• Utilize Tally for inventory management and procurement tracking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their IT needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to make informed purchasing decisions.
• Prepare and present reports on procurement activities and vendor performance to management.
  

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience in IT procurement or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of networking solutions and IT hardware.
• Proficiency in Tally and other procurement management tools.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
