IT Purchase Executive

to join our team immediately in Pune. This role involves managing procurement processes, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining supplier relationships to meet project and organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, evaluate, and build relationships with suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
Create and manage purchase orders for materials, equipment, and services.
Ensure timely delivery of materials and services to meet project deadlines.
Monitor and control project budgets related to procurement activities.
Negotiate and source strategically to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor consumption rates.
Track material deliveries and follow up with vendors to ensure on-time delivery.
Use procurement systems to create purchase orders and manage records efficiently.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement or purchasing roles (IT procurement preferred).
Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
Familiarity with procurement systems and tools.
Good understanding of project procurement processes and budgeting.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
