Job Description

The IT & ERP Support Executive is responsible for managing the school's core IT infrastructure and ensuring smooth digital platform operations. This role requires a tech- savvy individual who can maintain network systems, provide technical support, and simultaneously oversee the configuration, implementation, and continuous improvement of digital applications such as the school ERP, Microsoft tools, and academic platforms.


Key Responsibilities:

A. IT Infrastructure & Support

  • Maintain and troubleshoot smart boards, POE switches, desktops, laptops, access points, and servers.
  • Monitor and resolve issues related to internet, firewall, and CCTV systems (NVR/DVR).
  • Manage IP address allocation, ILL lines, network layout documentation, and normal/PoE switch configurations.
  • Configure and service bus cameras and audio systems for events and classes.
  • Oversee IT inventory, procurement tracking, ticketing system, and user asset issuance (laptops, ID cards).
  • Support and train users on server-based applications and V-Cloud systems.


B. Digital Operations

• Act as the key administrator for the School App—overseeing modules like class diary, newsletter, planner, report cards, assignments, timetable, admissions, fee, transport, etc.

• Manage Microsoft Office 365 accounts, including Teams, SharePoint access, and user credentials.

• Assist in the design and digital publishing of academic course materials and communication.

• Handle teacher/student account creation, class promotions, and section updates in ERP.

• Coordinate digital documentation like Bonafide certificates, TCs, and admission letters.

• Support exam-related and student lifecycle registrations (CBSE, UDISE, EMIS, etc.).

 

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in IT support and/or digital platform administration.

• Proficiency with Windows OS, networking concepts, server management, and firewall handling.

• Familiarity with school ERP platforms like Entrar and collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams.

• Strong troubleshooting skills with attention to detail and documentation.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

• Willingness to work flexibly and collaboratively across departments.
