What You’ll Do
This role is part of Automation team within _VOIS Organisation. The Digital Delivery Manager is accountable for delivery of Digital Automation serviced delivered _VOIS to Local Markets and manages the end to end delivery of portfolio through the entire life-cycle from requirements definition until hand over to operations. The role is responsible is also responsible of partner relationship with the market including shaping of digital strategy and objectives, definition together with solution team the roadmap to get there followed up by on-time, on-budget and on-quality implementation of innovation projects with a focus on process automation, robotics and artificial intelligence.In addition, the Digital Delivery manager is key contributor in _VOIS Digital 2.0 owning 3 out of 7 capabilities – (1) Citizen Development - definition of objectives and long term vision, definition of delivery methodology and successful implementation, (2) RPA as a service – productionise _VOIS RPA farm for partner markets and (3) Automation for CARE - E2E ownership for Automation for COPS in key markets like DE, UK, ES and Cluster markets.
Key Accountabilities And Decision Ownership
- Lead a multi-functional and globally project team in implementation complex innovation projects
- Drive digital agenda in markets as part of Digital 2.0– co-define automation strategy and roadmap, own E2E delivery through agile SAFE. Accountable to enable value realisation from IT side.
- Own and manage the project portfolio for automation & robotics implementation projects – including sourcing strategy, capacity management and service performance management.
- Define delivery approach and strategy for Digital 2.0 key initiatives for _VOIS (citizen development and RPA as a Service).
- Define and set up delivery methodologies and development capabilities for new products as part of Digital Agenda
Who You Are
Core competencies, knowledge and experience

- Experience in setting up product vision & new capability setup across multiple locations.
- Ability to communicate with C level stakeholders in markets (CIOs, COPS directors) – manage SteerCos, ensuring a clear reporting
- Proven ability to lead complex IT projects in an international matrix environment.
- Expertise and experience in system integration covering all key aspects of IT (Application, Data, Test, Infrastructure, Deployment, Operations)
- Track record to transform and run a delivery organisation using Agile and SAFE methodologies.
Must Have Technical/professional Qualifications
- 7+ years’ experience in delivering big and challenging projects/programmes in an international environment.
- Expertise and experience in system integration covering all key aspects of IT (Application, Data, Test, Infrastructure, Deployment, Operations).
