Job Description Job Summary- We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Product Owner / IT Operations Analyst to join our Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) team. This role will serve as the critical bridge between engineering teams (Virtualization, Operating Systems, Storage) and business stakeholders. The analyst will help drive product planning, backlog prioritization, and operational support to ensure timely delivery of infrastructure capabilities and customer features. Key Responsibilities- Act as a liaison between engineering teams (Virtualization, OS, Storage) and internal stakeholders, translating technical initiatives into clear deliverables. Partner with Product Owner(s) to plan and maintain the IaaS product roadmap, aligning with business and operational goals. Facilitate backlog grooming, prioritization, and sprint planning with engineering leads. Track product lifecycle milestones and communicate progress, blockers, and risks to stakeholders. Help gather and validate customer requirements, ensuring timely delivery of relevant infrastructure features or support. Support ticket triage, recurring issue resolution, and coordination between operations and engineering teams. Assist in defining KPIs and reporting metrics for team delivery and platform health. Continuously look for opportunities to streamline processes and improve cross-functional coordination. 2+ years of experience in IT Operations, Product Support, or a Business Analyst role in an infrastructure/technical environment. Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure technologies – particularly in Virtualization (VMware or Hyper-V), Operating Systems (Windows/Linux), and Enterprise Storage. Experience with agile methodologies, backlog management, and tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar. Ability to translate technical work into business value and articulate it to non-technical stakeholders. Excellent coordination, communication, and documentation skills. A collaborative, solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications- Exposure to IaaS or hybrid cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, VMware Cloud) Familiarity with ITIL concepts, operational support workflows, and incident/problem/change management Experience supporting engineering teams or working in a DevOps/SRE environment Basic understanding of scripting, automation, or infrastructure management tools is a plus Primary Location Asia Pacific-India-Karnataka-Bangalore Job Function Operations (IT) Job Qualifications Required Qualifications- Show more Show less
