What we are looking for Required Qualifications 6-8 years of hands-on experience with Power BI, Power BI Server, Power Platform, Power Apps, Co-pilot Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience with implementing co-pilot on digital products. Strong experience with Microsoft Azure stack, including Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, and Azure SQL Database, Databricks. Advanced proficiency in DAX queries and data modeling. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Advanced level proficiency in SQL querying and the ability to write and optimize complex SQL queries for data analysis and reporting. Familiarity with Microsoft Gen AI capabilities, such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, and the ability to leverage these tools to enhance productivity and decision-making. Experience leading a high-performing team of Power BI developers. Experience with agile methodology. Must have experience working in Power Apps, Power platform Server and Power Automate.
