Ishan Technologies - Technical Product Manager

Role Overview

• Own and deliver the product roadmap for AI-enabled applications across multiple sprints and releases.
• Collaborate with engineering leads, designers, and AI teams to define technical product requirements.
• Write detailed PRDs, epics, and user stories aligned with business and technical goals.
• Lead agile ceremonies sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, retrospectives.
• Prioritize product backlog based on value, effort, and technical feasibility.
• Work closely with developers working on Python (backend), React.js/Node.js (frontend), Vector DBs, and RDBMS.
• Drive user research and work with UI/UX teams to deliver delightful, high-impact interfaces.
• Partner with QA and DevOps to ensure smooth releases, CI/CD adherence, and performance tracking.
• Engage with internal stakeholders and customers to capture feedback, validate features, and drive Skills & Qualifications :
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 6+ years of overall experience, with 3+ years in a Technical Product Manager or Agile Product Owner role.
• Proven experience leading Agile delivery for complex software products.
• Solid understanding of modern technology stacks: Python, Node.js, React.js, PostgreSQL/RDBMS, Vector DBs (e.g., Milvus, Pinecone).
• Experience delivering products involving UI/UX workflows, API integrations, and cloud-native architectures.
• Ability to understand technical trade-offs and communicate effectively with engineering teams.
• Proficiency in product management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Miro, etc.
  

Good-To-Have (Preferred)

• Exposure to AI/ML-based products, LLM integrations, or RAG pipelines.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, API testing tools,and telemetry/analytics.
• Certification in Scrum, SAFe, or Agile Product Management.
