📢 Leading ITES company is looking for smart graduates for the role of Customer Support (International Voice Process) Job Description - Support customers via phone, chat, and email for technical and service-related queries. - Troubleshoot basic installation, configuration, and usage issues across devices. - Handle renewals, refunds, and general service requests. - Escalate complex cases and ensure proper documentation and follow-up. - Share customer feedback with internal teams and stay updated on products and processes.
