Job Title : Customer Support Executive – International Voice Process Location : Jaipur, Rajasthan Batch Start Date : Immediate Number of Positions : 12 Job Summary We are hiring dynamic and customer-focused professionals for an International Voice Process role in our Customer Support team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and prior BPO experience handling international voice support. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound/outbound customer calls for US-based clients Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally Maintain accurate call logs and update customer records Adhere to process guidelines and meet performance targets Eligibility Criteria Undergraduate or Graduate in any discipline Minimum 6 months of experience in a BPO (International Voice preferred) Excellent verbal communication skills in English Salary ₹29,000 CTC per month Interview Process HR Round Operations Round Assessment Requirement Versant Level B2 (US Voice) Working Conditions 5.5 days working per week Rotational shifts and rotational week-offs Transport Facility Male Employees: Cab reimbursement of ₹180 per night shift Female Employees: One-sided cab provided during odd working hours Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month Benefits: Commuter assistance Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Monday to Friday Rotational shift Weekend availability Supplemental Pay: Shift allowance Application Question(s): Do You Have Atleast 6 months of experience in BPO Customer support roles ?
