Job Title: Manager – Sales (Financial Products) Location: Multiple Branches across Tamil Nadu & Pondicherry (Including Kanchipuram, Tiruvannamalai, Pondicherry, Vellore, Villupuram, Chennai, Thiruverumbur, Tuticorin, Shevapet-Salem, Kallakurichi, Athur, Tiruvarur, TVS Nagar, Kangeyam, Vadavalli, Palladam, Kovilpatti, Sulur, Cumbum, Aruppukottai, Sathyamangalam, Nagapattinam, Virudhachalam, Sankarankoil, Ramnad, Avinashi, Ariyalur, Gugai – Salem, Ambasamuthram) CTC: ₹5 – ₹7 LPA Experience: 4–5 Years in Financial Services Education: Graduate (with relevant certifications) Company Overview: We are a leading financial services organization with over 30 years of experience in India, offering a wide range of investment products such as equity, mutual funds, insurance, PMS, bonds, and more. Role Summary: The Manager – Sales will be responsible for leading sales activities, client acquisition, and promoting financial products. The role requires strong leadership, business development skills, and solid knowledge of financial instruments. Key Responsibilities: Drive sales of Mutual Funds, SIPs, Insurance, PMS, Bonds, and other financial products Acquire new clients via cold calling, references, and meetings Manage and grow branch Assets Under Management (AUM) Lead and mentor junior Financial Consultants to meet sales targets Build and maintain long-term client relationships Conduct investment awareness programs and branch campaigns Ensure compliance with internal processes and accurate documentation Achieve individual and branch sales targets Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (mandatory) 4–5 years of relevant experience in financial services (Mutual Funds, Insurance, PMS, Broking) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to acquire clients and achieve sales targets Knowledge of investment management and financial products Leadership skills and ability to manage a team Willingness to travel for client meetings and events Certifications: NISM Mutual Fund Distribution Certification (Mandatory) Financial Advisory Module (Preferred) Security Operations and Risk Management (Preferred) How to Apply: Please send your updated resume to jackson.j@skillactz.com or connect via DM.
