Job Title: HR Recruiter Location: Chennai / Coimbatore / Madurai / Trichy (On-site) Experience: 3 to 4 Years Salary Range: ₹3.6 LPA – ₹4.2 LPA Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our esteemed financial services organization. The incumbent will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring alignment with organizational talent acquisition goals. This role demands a strategic approach to sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates while maintaining excellent stakeholder collaboration and delivering a superior candidate experience. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding of candidates. Employ various sourcing channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other effective recruitment platforms to identify suitable talent. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand hiring requirements, timelines, and recruitment priorities. Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate recruitment reporting. Handle both high-volume recruitment and specialized hiring needs in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Qualifications and Skills 3 to 4 years of professional recruitment experience, preferably within the BFSI, financial services, or related sectors. Strong expertise in sourcing methodologies, recruitment tools, and industry best practices. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. Candidates with immediate availability or short notice period will be given preference. Willingness to work on-site at any of the specified locations: Chennai, Coimbatore, Madurai, or Trichy.
