Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Handle international calls from customers across various countries, including UK and US processes. Provide excellent customer support through phone conversations, addressing their queries and concerns in a professional manner. Work on an international calling center environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. Utilize strong communication skills to resolve issues promptly and effectively. Meet performance targets set by the company for call quality, productivity, and sales metrics. Work Location : Airoli, Mumbai Notice Period : Immediate Desired Candidate Profile 0-3 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre industry with a focus on International Voice Process (UK & US). Strong English language proficiency with excellent verbal communication skills. Ability to work flexible shifts including rotational shifts as per business requirements.
