Role Overview:

We are actively hiring a highly motivated International Business Development Executive to drive sales and expand our client's global client base. This role is purely sales-focused, requiring a proactive approach to identify prospects, pitch training programs, and close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

-Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities in the corporate training industry.

-Generate leads, make cold calls, and schedule meetings with C-level executives and decision-makers.

-Pitch corporate training solutions effectively and persuasively to prospects.

-Understand client requirements and offer tailored training programs.

-Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve sales targets.

-Maintain and update client databases, sales reports, and market insights.

-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of training programs.

-Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and market dynamics.


Key Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

-1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or B2B marketing (corporate training industry preferred).

-Strong research and lead generation skills.

-Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

-Proactive, result-oriented, and self-motivated mindset.

-Ability to travel internationally based on performance.
