1:00 PM to 10:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

Role Overview:

We are hiring a female professional with a strong background in international business development to join our growing team as a Business Development Executive / Manager. This position is ideal for someone who is confident in generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals with clients seeking outsourced accounting services from offshore teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new international clients (US, UK, Ireland) for accounting outsourcing services.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline using LinkedIn, Apollo.io, cold outreach, referrals, and other tools.
  • Engage prospects to understand their financial outsourcing needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Conduct video/phone meetings and present company capabilities effectively.
  • Prepare customized proposals, negotiate pricing, and close international deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Maintain updated records and activity logs using CRM systems.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competition, and global outsourcing best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of international B2B business development experience (mandatory).
  • Proven success in selling accounting or finance outsourcing services.
  • Experience targeting the US, UK, or Ireland markets is required.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and client engagement abilities.
  • Familiarity with accounting workflows and services is a must.
  • Proficient with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, CRM software, Excel, and MS Office.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
