You will be responsible for conducting internal audits, assessing the effectiveness of financial and operational controls, and recommending improvements to mitigate risks. Responsibilities Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of controls and identify areas of risk Develop audit plans and programs based on identified risks and business objectives Perform testing of controls, transactions, and procedures to evaluate compliance with policies and regulations Prepare detailed audit reports and provide recommendations for improvement Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement audit recommendations and monitor progress Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in internal auditing Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Professional certification (CIA, CISA, CPA) is strongly preferred With 3 years of experience in internal auditing or related role Thorough understanding of internal auditing principles and practices Strong knowledge of accounting and financial processes Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Audit software proficiency (e.g., ACL, TeamMate, IDEA) Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Show more Show less
