Key Responsibilities

For Content Writing:

• Create new content to assist marketing campaigns
• Work closely with marketing team members
• Optimize content using SEO-friendly blog articles about various topics
• Write various social media post content, captions and email templates.

For Social Media:

• Assist in planning and scheduling content across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and YouTube
• Contribute to content ideas for Reels, carousels and Stories aligned with our brand voice
• Write engaging captions in Hinglish & English for different formats
• Research trends, hashtags and competitor content
• Interact with the community via DMs, comments and story polls
• Track and report analytics for weekly performance reviews
• Assist in influencer outreach and campaign tracking

For Graphic Design:

• Creative Asset Design: Create eye-catching and brand-aligned creatives for social media, performance ads, emailers, presentations, landing pages and more 
• Marketing Collateral: Support the development of marketing and communication materials such as banners, event creatives, catalogues etc 
• Design tools : Must know Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) 
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all creatives follow the brand guidelines and maintain consistency in tone, color, typography and messaging 

For Admin Intern:

• Shopify & Product Listings - Support ,update and manage product listings, track listing errors, stock issues and tag mismatches. Assist in quality checks for launches or seasonal updates.
• Office & Operations Assistance-Support daily office tasks. Maintain internal records and spreadsheets. Assist with attendance logs and task trackers.
• Vendor Meeting Coordination- Schedule vendor meetings and record minutes.Track pending actions and follow-ups.Coordinate samples, dispatches, and vendor queries.
• Communication & Coordination- Handle basic vendor/partner queries.Liaise across teams for listings and vendor needs.Draft and send routine emails and updates.
• Data & Reporting Assistance- Gather weekly reports on products, vendors, and KPIs.Compile inputs for campaigns or seasonal reports.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant work experience
