Interior Site Supervisor

Position : Interior Site Supervisor Department : Interior Projects & Execution Location : Project Sites (Pan India, as assigned) Experience Required : Minimum 4-5 years Educational Qualification : Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering About CMA Turnkey Projects Pvt. Role Summary We are hiring an Interior Site Supervisor to manage and supervise site-level execution of interior projects. The candidate should have in-depth knowledge of interior works and practical experience handling end-to-end execution of residential and commercial interiors . Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day site execution activities of interior projects. Take precise measurements , verify site dimensions, and coordinate drawings with actual conditions. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and in-house design and procurement teams. Monitor progress to ensure timely completion as per project schedule. Maintain quality control of carpentry, civil, plumbing, electrical, false ceiling, flooring, and painting work. Track and report site progress using Excel and other reporting tools. Maintain daily site logs, labor deployment, and material records. Resolve site issues efficiently and ensure smooth project execution. Ensure site safety, cleanliness, and proper handling of materials. Must-Have Skills Strong knowledge of interior execution work – carpentry, POP, MEP, flooring, etc. Experience working on residential and commercial interior projects . Excellent measurement skills and proficiency in Excel . Ability to understand AutoCAD drawings , layouts, and BOQ. Leadership skills to handle labor teams and site vendors independently. Strong communication and time management. Eligibility Criteria 4-5 years of experience in interior project site supervision. Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering . Must have completed multiple residential or office interior projects.
