About the Role As we expand our portfolio, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Interior Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of interior design and fit-out projects. You will coordinate with clients, designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities Manage interior design and fit-out projects from concept to completion Coordinate with clients, designers, vendors, and site teams Prepare project schedules, budgets, and work plans Ensure materials, labor, and timelines are aligned for on-time delivery Conduct site inspections and oversee quality control Resolve project issues and ensure smooth communication across teams Track progress and report updates to stakeholders Key Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field 6+ years of experience in interior project management Strong knowledge of interior construction, materials, and finishes Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficient in project management and design tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Project, etc.) Familiar with local building codes and regulations Why Join Us?
