Purchase Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and procure construction materials, tools, and services as per project requirements.
• Identify and evaluate vendors, negotiate terms, and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Issue purchase orders and ensure on-time delivery and quality compliance.
• Coordinate with project and site teams to forecast material needs.
• Maintain and update procurement records, vendor database, and price lists.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and budget constraints.
• Track material usage and manage stock levels with store/inventory teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the construction or infrastructure industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of construction materials and local suppliers/vendors.
• Proficient in MS Office and procurement/ERP software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines.
