Interior Project Manager

The role requires you to supervise and delegate tasks to supervisors, ensuring efficient management of their workloads. You will need to monitor day-to-day activities diligently by visiting all the working sites. Your responsibility will include coordinating with designers and the operations team to seamlessly onboard vendors onto the site. You will oversee the work of vendors and site supervisors to ensure tasks are completed on time and maintain proper quality checks of materials to uphold project standards. Providing regular updates to clients on project progress and addressing client concerns to ensure satisfaction throughout the project will be crucial. Ensuring timely availability of necessary materials at the site to facilitate prompt project execution and coordinating with internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution before deadlines is part of the role. You should understand interior plans and designs to facilitate communication between designers and workers. Developing project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, and monitoring project progress to proactively address any issues or delays are essential tasks. Implementation of site-specific Health and Safety Work Plans to ensure safe working conditions and the ability to give technical inputs and instructions to site supervisors are also key responsibilities. Ensuring timely site updates are available to senior managers and clients is another critical aspect of the role. Key Skills Required: - Background in Project Management, Engineering, or Architecture - At least 1 year of hands-on experience in executing interior design projects for residential or commercial spaces - Strong ability to visualize site conditions and anticipate potential execution challenges - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule.
