4 Compliance, Safety & Risk Mitigation

• Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements (FSSAI, electrical, fire safety, environmental) and oversee safety/security audits.
• Develop emergency preparedness and business continuity plans.

5 Space Utilization & Asset Management

6 Sustainability & Energy Management

7 Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting

• Interface with corporate facility teams, site heads, service teams, and external vendors.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's in (Mechanical, Electrical), Facility Management, Hospitality or similar.
• 3 years in facilities management; experience in integrated/multi-location environments preferred.
• Strong vendor negotiation and contract management skills.
• Solid knowledge of statutory regulations in India (electrical, fire, environment, safety).
• Financial acumen for budget control and forecasting.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and multi-city coordination ability.
• Certifications like CFM (Certified Facility Manager) or IFMA qualifications a plus.

Preferred Experience

• Multi-site coverage in Delhi NCR / Chandigarh / Punjab region.
• Proven background in preventative/predictive maintenance and sustainability reporting.
