Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Instructional Designer located in Ahmedabad. The Instructional Designer will be responsible for conducting needs analysis, designing instructional materials, developing training programs, and managing learning solutions. The day-to-day tasks include collaborating with subject matter experts, creating curriculum, and ensuring that training programs are effective and engaging. The role focuses on enhancing learning experiences and improving training outcomes.
