We are looking for motivated and well-spoken Business Development Manager to join our Business Development team. These positions will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals, growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts, and converting leads. To be successful as a Manager in QuoDeck’s BD team, you should be able to speak to potential leads, understand their requirements, pitch QuoDeck’s products and services, build relationships with clients, create strategic account plans, understand client needs and strategize for them, and most importantly, be able to demonstrate value for QuoDeck’s product. A Manager in Business Development should be hungry, competitive and have high bias for closure. ResponsibilitiesEngage with incoming leads from either new-to-company or existing customers, and understand their requirementsPitch and showcase QuoDeck’s products and services to establish value propositionPrepare proposals & concept notes and address queries to assist customers in making decisions Create and propose gamification constructs to solution for specific problemsNegotiate and close deals with customers to achieve the best results for QuoDeck Developing account plans for key accounts to deepen and grow business in conjunction with account sponsorsKeeping up with product and service information and updatesStaying informed about competing products and services Requirements for the rolePreferred Master’s Degree/ PG Diploma in Business Studies/ Communication/ MarketingPreferred 2-3 years’ experience in business development. B2B or IT product experience is a plusExcellent English communication skills, both verbal and writtenGood organizational skills and the ability to multitaskExceptional pitching & negotiation skillsStrong listening and sales skillsStrong bias for closureHunger, ability and orientation to drive higher business for the brand Fixed CTC 40K to 50K Per Month
