Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Instructional Designer at King Oranges in Thane. The Instructional Designer will be responsible for tasks such as needs analysis, instructional design, training & development, learning management, and curriculum development on a day-to-day basis. Qualifications Scan the available content for its applicability, accuracy, and usage. Compile content and restructure/rewrite/summarize as required. Apply ID theories and practice and develop pioneering ideas for web-based and Instructor-led training courses. Search relevant visuals that support the key message in the content. Participate in team brainstorming and handle projects independently. Create error-free and relevant storyboard that is in-line with the project specifications and client standards and guidelines. Creation of storyboard involves defining learning objectives, developing lessons/modules to meet those objectives, adding interactivities to complement the learnings, and developing knowledge check questions to test the learnings of the courses. Discuss ideas, images, graphics, and animations with Illustrators and Developers. Communicate with the development team and work in-line with the set timelines.
