An Inside Sales Executive who knows how to sell creative services, not just products.
You understand agency dynamics, client expectations, and how to turn inquiries into long-term business.
You’re not afraid to follow up, ask the right questions, and confidently pitch design, branding, or marketing services to founders, startups, and growing businesses.
If you’ve worked in a design/branding/marketing agency and have a proven track record of building pipelines, closing deals, and managing warm leads — we want you.
* Handle inbound leads and convert them into qualified opportunities
* Actively follow up with potential clients via WhatsApp and calls
* Understand client needs and confidently pitch relevant services (branding, design, content, packaging, etc.)
* Maintain CRM and sales funnel with accuracy and consistency
* Coordinate with the creative team for smooth project onboarding
* Follow up on payments and ensure proper handover post-conversion
* Minimum 2 years of inside sales experience, preferably in a creative or digital agency
* Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
* Confident in pitching premium services to business owners and founders
* Comfortable handling multiple leads and managing follow-ups consistently
* Experience with tools like WhatsApp Business, email, basic Excel/Sheets, and CRMs
* Must be based in India (Work from Office)
* Knowledge of branding, packaging, or digital design workflows
* Experience closing deals with e-commerce or D2C brands
* Understanding of how agency timelines and scopes work
* Work with a fast-growing creative agency building high-impact brands
