Who We’re Looking For:

A designer with hands-on experience in both packaging and logo design, who can:

For Packaging:

* Design clean, premium, print-ready packaging

* Think strategically about space, structure, and shelf impact

* Build layouts that feel branded, not templated

* Understand product positioning, design hierarchy, and consumer psychology

For Logo & Identity:

* Create unique, timeless logos and brandmarks from scratch

* Build smart visual systems that translate across platforms

* Understand the brand story and bring it alive through typography, color, and symbolism

Must-Have Skills:

* Adobe Illustrator (expert level) — non-negotiable

* Strong knowledge of dielines, print specs, and final output preparation

* Experience working with print media and packaging production

* Solid understanding of typography, layout, structure, and visual storytelling

* Past experience in a design agency or creative studio setup

* Bonus: Experience with FMCG, lifestyle, organic, beauty, or food sectors

Requirements:

* Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in packaging and branding projects

* A strong portfolio that reflects your skill in both logo and packaging design

* Ability to handle multiple creative projects without losing attention to detail

* Based in India (Work from Office)
