Job Description

Inside Sales & Customer Success Manager


Are you an experienced sales and service leader with a passion for the food, FMCG, or hospitality industry? We're seeking a dynamic individual with 5+ years of experience to lead our inside sales and customer success team, driving significant B2B growth with corporate clients.

This unique role combines strategic people management with direct sales contributions. You'll collaborate closely with our founders to build, scale, and inspire a high-performing team that consistently delivers exceptional customer experiences and achieves outstanding business results.


What You'll Do



👥 Team Leadership & Development


  • Lead and expand

    a team of dedicated inside sales and customer service professionals (across calls, chat, and WhatsApp).
  • Recruit, train, and onboard

    new team members as we grow.
  • Define and monitor

    daily goals and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for inbound D2C inquiries, chats, and outbound activities.
  • Analyze performance

    through live dashboards, reports, and team analytics to ensure optimal efficiency.
  • Guarantee

    the achievement of key customer satisfaction metrics, including resolution time, first response time, and missed call ratios.
  • Provide continuous coaching,

    training, and performance reviews to foster team growth.
  • Motivate

    the team to consistently surpass sales and service benchmarks.
  • Manage escalated issues,

    public reviews, and sensitive customer concerns from start to finish.


📈 Individual Sales Contribution


  • Drive direct sales

    to corporate clients for events, birthdays, and bulk orders.
  • Develop and nurture

    a robust pipeline of repeat B2B business.
  • Execute

    effective outreach, product pitching, diligent follow-ups, and successful closures.
  • Achieve

    monthly B2B sales targets with strategic support from the founders.


Who You Are


  • Minimum 5+ years of experience

    in inside sales or customer success leadership roles.
  • Mandatory prior experience

    within the food, FMCG, or hospitality sectors.
  • Demonstrated strong team management

    and leadership capabilities.
  • Proven track record

    of hitting revenue targets and scaling team performance.
  • Fluent in English

    (both spoken and written), possessing professional and persuasive communication skills.
  • Passionate

    about delivering exceptional food experiences, ensuring customer happiness, and fostering team success.
  • Data-driven

    with a solid understanding of CRM systems, performance dashboards, and SLAs.
