Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
-Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure including systems, networks, and software.
-Provide daily IT support to head office, retail stores, and warehouse staff, ensuring minimal downtime.
-Monitor system performance, ensure network security, and troubleshoot issues promptly.
-Evaluate and recommend AI-based solutions to improve internal processes or customer experiences.
-Support the deployment and maintenance of AI models and tools in coordination with data science or development teams.
-Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and standard operating procedures.
-Provide training and support to staff on AI tools and digital transformation initiatives.
-Stay updated with the latest developments in IT and AI technologies to keep systems modern and competitive.
-Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices, including data protection and AI ethics.
Key Skills Required:
Requirements:
-1–3 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or network management.
-Basic knowledge of Business Central Support or any other ERP solution support.
-Familiarity with AI tools/platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Google AI tools, etc.
-Experience with Windows/MAC operating systems, networks, and cloud services (e.g., Microsoft 365, G-Suit, Azure, AWS).
-Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
-Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical topics to non-technical users.
