Role Overview

  • Position:

    IT Executive

  • Location:

    Mohan Estate, Delhi (must be flexible to shift to Noida)

  • Experience:

    2–3 Years

  • Reporting To:

    Manager – IT Infra & InfoSec

  • Joining:

    Immediate

What You’ll Do

  • Manage

    Active Directory

    (user provisioning, deactivation, group policies)
  • Troubleshoot

    software issues

    (MS Office, VPNs, Antivirus, etc.)
  • Resolve support tickets using

    Motadata

    or similar ITSM tools
  • Maintain accurate records of

    IT assets and inventory

  • Perform

    laptop assembly, disassembly, hardware diagnostics

    , and repairs
  • Manage onboarding/offboarding logistics – laptop issuance and retrieval
  • Handle

    email configuration and client-side support

  • Ensure compliance with defined

    IT SOPs and processes

Must-Have Skills

  • 2–3 years of experience in

    Desktop Support

    /

    IT Helpdesk

  • Strong working knowledge of

    Windows OS, MS Office

    , and email clients
  • Hands-on experience in

    hardware troubleshooting and setup

  • Familiarity with

    IT asset management tools and practices

  • Experience with

    Motadata

    or similar

    service desk systems

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills
