IAM SailPoint Engineer

Job Title: SailPoint Developer / SailPoint IAM Analyst

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled SailPoint Developer / IAM Analyst with 3–5 years of hands-on experience to support a contractual project. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles, along with proven experience in implementing and managing SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ components.
• Configure and customize connectors for application onboarding.
• Implement lifecycle events, certification campaigns, role and policy management.
• Troubleshoot issues related to access provisioning, deprovisioning, and access reviews.
• Create and manage rules, workflows, and custom reports within SailPoint.
• Perform SailPoint platform upgrades, patches, and support.
• Collaborate with internal security, compliance, and IT infrastructure teams.
• Ensure the IAM solution meets security and compliance requirements.
• Document technical configurations, procedures, and user guides.
• Support the integration of SailPoint with external applications and systems.

Required Skills:

• 3–5 years of experience working with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts, RBAC, and access governance.
• Experience with Java, BeanShell scripting, XML, Web Services.
• Hands-on experience with connector development and customization.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, and databases (SQL/Oracle).
• Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow (optional but preferred).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Good to Have:

• SailPoint certification (IdentityIQ Engineer or equivalent).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure AD) and integration with SailPoint.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
