Project Manager

Role: Project Manager

We’re seeking a Project Manager with 2–3 years of experience in managing Software development projects. You’ll be responsible for driving project timelines, ensuring quality, coordinating cross-functional teams, and being the primary liaison between the development team and the client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of software development projects, mobile app projects.
• Translate business requirements into technical tasks with clear milestones and deadlines.
• Coordinate between UI/UX designers, mobile developers, QA engineers, and clients to ensure alignment.
• Run Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives.
• Track progress using tools like JIRA, Trello, or ClickUp and ensure timely task updates.
• Communicate proactively with clients regarding project status, blockers, risks, and next steps.
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and scope; escalate deviations early and propose solutions.
• Maintain documentation such as SOWs, project roadmaps, release notes, and change requests.
• Ensure app store readiness, manage release cycles, and oversee post-launch support planning.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of project management experience in a Software development environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, client handling, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools
• Tech-savvy mindset and ability to translate technical jargon into business terms.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Basic understanding of tools like Figma, Postman, GitHub, and Firebase.
• Experience working with offshore or distributed teams.
