Job Summary

Senior Human Resources Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage

  end-to-end HR operations

  , including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, payroll, and benefits administration
• Oversee and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies for a

  large contract workforce (500+ employees)

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
• Drive continuous improvement in

  talent acquisition, retention, and workforce planning

• Partner with leadership to support

  organizational development and change management initiatives

• Handle grievance management and disciplinary procedures with fairness and consistency
• Administer HR metrics and analytics to guide strategic decisions
• Lead employee engagement, training, and development programs
• Ensure accurate processing of

  payroll, statutory compliance, and vendor coordination

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree

  in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• 8–10 years of experience

  in HR operations with a strong background in handling

  large-scale contract staffing

• Proven track record in managing

  500+ contract employees

  across locations or clients
• In-depth knowledge of

  HR laws, statutory compliance, and employee lifecycle management

• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in HR systems/tools (HRIS, payroll platforms, ATS, etc.)
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with strong attention to detail
