The ideal candidate will support the full scope of HR-Administrator responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. Responsibilities Responsibilities of the HR and Admin Manager is including the following, but not limited to: HR-related activities Actively engage in the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding & induction Develop and Implement HR Policies Monitor attendance and leave management activities Participate in the salary processing/payroll activities with the accounts team Manage the employee personnel data Performance Management of the employees Employee departure activities Engagement with employees on regular basis Organize various office events and nurture office culture Ensuring with statutory and regulatory requirements Admin-related related activities Develop and Implement Administrative Policies Keeping accurate stock of office supplies, equipment and furniture and placing orders whenever needed Ensuring compliance with organisational policies through planning and coordination Supervising staff members and delegating administrative responsibilities Maintaining office/factory equipment and furniture along with supervising housekeeping activities Maintaining office files and paperwork Qualifications Education: Graduate in HR, Business Admin, or related field (mandatory) MBA/PGDM in HR or Diploma in Labour Laws (preferred) Experience: 5-10 years in HR/Admin, preferably in a manufacturing setup Hands-on with blue-collar workforce, compliance, and audits Skills: Recruitment, payroll, employee engagement, training Factory Act, labour laws, PF/ESIC, statutory compliance Facility management HRMS tools, MS Office, attendance systems Personal Traits: Strong communication, people skills, proactive, trustworthy Show more Show less
