As an intern with us, you will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, document management, resume screening, and more. Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Assist with recruitment efforts by sourcing candidates, conducting screenings, and scheduling interviews.
Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire materials and coordinating training sessions.
Manage and organize employee documents and records in compliance with company policies.
Conduct resume screenings to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
Communicate effectively with candidates and employees, demonstrating strong spoken English proficiency.
Assist with creating and updating job descriptions, employee handbooks, and other HR documents.
Collaborate with the HR team on special projects and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
