Job Description

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Assisting in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
Screening resumes and conducting initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability
Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Maintaining and updating candidate records in the recruitment tracker/CRM
Drafting and posting job descriptions across various platforms
Following up with candidates on documentation, feedback, and joining formalities
Supporting the HR team in employer branding activities, career fairs, and recruitment campaigns
Preparing daily/weekly reports on recruitment metrics and progress

Our R&D department is committed to introducing new colors and styles every few months. Every batch is tested by qualified technicians to ensure that only the best material is served to customers.
