Role Description

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain employee records and handle documentation
• Support onboarding and induction processes
• Assist in employee engagement activities and HR events
• Help with attendance tracking, leave management, and basic payroll coordination
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed
• Address employee queries and escalate issues as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organisational and time-management abilities
• Basic knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR domain
• Prior internship or experience in HR is a plus but not mandatory
