Role Overview We are looking for driven and performance-focused HR Executives to handle full-cycle recruitment. You’ll play a pivotal role in sourcing top talent, conducting assessments, coordinating interviews, and ensuring successful onboarding. This role is ideal for freshers or professionals looking to advance their HR careers in a goal-oriented and flexible work environment. Key Responsibilities Manage the complete recruitment life cycle – from sourcing and screening to onboarding candidates. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients. Maintain and update internal recruitment dashboards and tracking systems. Ensure timely achievement of monthly recruitment goals aligned with performance metrics. Collaborate with internal departments and client representatives to understand hiring needs and timelines. Deliver clear and timely communication with both candidates and hiring teams. Who We're Looking For Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (HR/Business background preferred). Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply). Languages: Proficiency in English and Hindi is mandatory. Fluency in at least one regional language is a strong plus. Tech Requirements: A personal laptop/PC and a reliable internet connection are essential. Strong time management, follow-up abilities, and a proactive attitude are critical for success. Compensation & Performance Structure Base Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and performance) Incentive Slabs: ₹250 – For meeting basic performance milestones ₹500 – For moderate overachievement ₹1000 – For exceeding targets at a high level Performance Target: Monthly recruitment target = 2× of your base salary Salary Retention Rule: 50% target achievement = full salary Below 50% = prorated salary or probation extension Consistent underperformance may lead to termination Probation & Confirmation Policy Initial Probation: 3 months (extendable up to 5 months based on performance) Post-Probation: Fixed salary (no target base) upon confirmation Reviews: Monthly performance evaluations to ensure alignment with company expectations Support: No bulk hiring. Qualified leads and necessary reimbursements are provided by the company.
