Role: Human Resources Executive

Location: Sector 63, Noida

• Source for ecommerce, marketing and warehouse management candidates from various online channels (e.g. Linkedin, Naukri, Career Sites)
• Advertise job openings on company's careers page, social media, job boards and internally.
• Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
• Screen incoming resumes, Shortlist & Assist Hiring Managers to conduct interviews.
• Maintaining a detailed record of the company's employees.
• Supervising the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department.
• Office administration and ad hoc office associate duties
• Managing Attendance
• Assisting in onboarding employees.
• Manage the overall interview, selection and closing process.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management.
• Proven 2- 5 Years Experience as HR Recruiter / HR Executive.
• Excellent knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
• Familiar with sourcing techniques.
• Good time management skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Good knowledge of Employment and Labour law
• Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
• Office administration

Reporting to: Manager

Working days: 5-6 days per week, with First and Third Saturdays are off.
