Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, located in Jaipur. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, employee relations, performance management, compliance with labor laws, and training and development programs. Additionally, the role involves maintaining employee records, handling HR queries, and supporting organizational development initiatives.

Qualifications

• 0-6 Months Experience
• Strong recruitment and talent acquisition skills
• Experience in employee relations and performance management
• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance
• Skills in training and development
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the IT industry is a plus
