Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Jaipur for a Human Resources Assistant. The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for supporting HR functions, managing HR Information Systems (HRIS), administering employee benefits, and assisting with training programs. Daily tasks will include updating employee records, processing payroll, coordinating recruitment processes, and maintaining compliance with labor laws and regulations.

• Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
• Benefits Administration experience
• Skills in coordinating and facilitating training programs
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
