HR Policy and Compliance: Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, and developing and updating HR policies. Strategic HR Planning: Contributing to the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with business goals. Employee Engagement: Implementing initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and morale.
